ASIAN STIR FRY BEEF CAKE

1 pound sirloin steak boneless beef, cut into strips 2 tablespoons
tsp minced garlic 1 bag
(750 g) frozen stir-fry vegetables (snow peas, carrots, red and yellow peppers), thawed
and drained 1 / 4 cup Asian Sesame Dressing Kraft
1 / 4 cup light soy sauce 3 cups
long grain brown rice cooked, hot (me whole wheat spaghetti)
Spray large skillet with 'cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add beef and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.
Add vegetables, dressing and soy sauce, stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and beef cooked.
Place rice on a platter and top with meat mixture.
