- 550 g sugar 150 g
- flour 1 rounded teaspoon baking powder 6 large eggs
- 750 ml of milk 1 teaspoon
- vanilla extract
- 40 g melted butter and granulated sugar
- cinnamon butter for the pan
Preparation Preheat oven to 180 º C. Butter a round pan - 26 cm in diameter - Removable bottom and line with parchment paper. Book.
In a bowl, mix sugar, flour and baking powder. Add eggs and whisk.
Pour the milk slowly, and the melted butter and vanilla, stirring with a whisk until a smooth.
Pour into pan and bake at 180 º C for 1 hour. Remove pan from oven and cool completely at room temperature.
Turn gently and sprinkle with a little sugar mixed with cinnamon. Refrigerate during 2-3 hours before serving.
