LEMON PUDDING

Heat a little oil in large skillet and brown the rabbit pieces battered on all sides. Drain on paper towels and transfer to a baking dish. Bake at 200 º C for about 20-25 minutes.

Meanwhile, reduce the broth high heat. Strain broth and return to pot.

Beat the egg yolks in a bowl with lemon juice and 2 tablespoons broth. Take about 300 ml of broth and pour it into a small saucepan. Stir egg yolks on low heat with a whisk, but do not boil. Let thicken slightly, stirring continuously with a whisk. Remove saucepan from heat and add a little chopped parsley. Pour into a gravy boat.

Remove rabbit pieces from the oven and serve immediately with the sauce separately. Serve with buttered rice and a green salad.

Eggs Scottish revisited



The Scottish Eggs "are surrounded by hard-boiled eggs and fried sausage, usually served in pubs, cold and accompanied by pickles. A slightly revamped version, so Mediterranean cuisine ...

Ingredients for 4 people
  • 4 eggs 1 thread
  • vinegar
  • 500 g extra lean beef, minced by the butcher
  • 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs rounded
  • 50 ml olive oil 1 small onion
  • finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 150 g peeled tomatoes, chopped
  • 100 ml dry white wine (or lager)
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 / 2 bunch parsley chopped flat
Preparation

Put the eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Add vinegar and heat. Cook for 10 minutes after boiling.

Drain the eggs and cool in a bowl of cold water. Drain the eggs and peel. Dry with paper towels to drain.

Place ground meat in a bowl. Add salt and pepper. Add the breadcrumbs and half the chopped parsley. Mix well with fork and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.

  • 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
Meatballs
  • 225 g pork tenderloin, chopped
  • 25 g spinach leaves, finely chopped 2 spring onions finely
  • chopped 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • a good pinch of Chinese five spice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Preparation

Hydrate mushrooms for 20 minutes in a bowl of hot broth . Drain the mushrooms - reserve broth - and eliminate the hard feet. Cut mushrooms into thin strips and reserve.

Prepare meatballs. Arrange meat, chopped spinach, spring onions and garlic in a bowl. Season with five spices and soy sauce. Mix well with fork.

My boyfriend really wants to steal the limelight. Here is the recipe he does. A fast and perfect feast to my eyes. Especially when one is used ....

Source: Kraft Canada

1 pound sirloin steak boneless beef, cut into strips 2 tablespoons
tsp minced garlic 1 bag
(750 g) frozen stir-fry vegetables (snow peas, carrots, red and yellow peppers), thawed
and drained 1 / 4 cup Asian Sesame Dressing Kraft
1 / 4 cup light soy sauce 3 cups
long grain brown rice cooked, hot (me whole wheat spaghetti)


Spray large skillet with 'cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Add beef and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add vegetables, dressing and soy sauce, stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and beef cooked.

Place rice on a platter and top with meat mixture.

Ingrédients pour 4-6 personnes
  • 600 g de morue, dessalée * et grossièrement effilochée
  • 150 g de pommes chips paille
  • 400 ml de sauce béchamel
  • 250 g de carottes râpées
  • 1 oignon coupé into thin half moons

  • 100 ml olive oil
