Brazilian Wax Lidocaine Patches

Lentil salad with hazelnuts



A winter salad as simple as it is delicious ...

Ingredients for 2 people
  • 200 g green lentils or fair in retains
  • 150 g smoked bacon 50 g
  • hazelnuts coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
  • olive oil white wine vinegar salt & pepper
  • freshly ground
Preparation

Rinse the lentils under cold water and drain thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl and reserve.

Grill the bacon in a dry non-stick pan until they are golden and crisp. Remove pan from heat.

Add some chopped cilantro and fried bacon in the bowl and mix. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar.

Add chopped nuts and mix gently. Serve immediately with toast.
