Good Rookie Initiation

SLOW COOKER PORK


A simple meals, especially when it comes to the slow cooker. Obviously the meat tenderness is to consider, and what about the addition of apple juice, really a beautiful wedding.

1 tsp tablespoon olive oil 1 onion, chopped

1 / 2 c.
teaspoon salt 1 / 2 c. tsp pepper 1 tsp
teaspoon dried sage leaves
1 / 2 c. Tea leaves
dried thyme 1 / 2 c. teaspoon lemon zest
1 1 / 2 lb (750 g) cubed pork
1 clove garlic, minced 5 cups
vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beans, etc.).
1 1 / 2 cup
tomato juice 1 cup apple juice
1 / 2 cup tomato ketchup
1 / 4 cup brown sugar

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, salt, pepper, sage, thyme and lemon zest. Bake 7 to 10 minutes, stirring often or until onion is lightly browned.

Transfer mixture to slow cooker.

Brown the pork cubes to skillet, then transfer to slow cooker.

Add garlic and vegetables.

Heat the tomato juice, apple juice, ketchup and brown sugar in a saucepan until liquid is steaming.

Pour over meat and vegetables.

Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours.
