LEMON PUDDING


If you are fans of lemon, and although this recipe is for you. A taste of this lemon pudding and a lightness.

2 tablespoons
tablespoons butter 3 / 4 cup. sugar (you can if you put 1 cup like it sweeter)
6 c. tablespoons flour 2 eggs
(yolks and whites separated) 2 cups milk

Juice of 2 lemons and zest

Undo butter cream.

Add sugar, egg yolks, lemon juice and zest.

Add flour and milk.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Add them to the first mixture by folding.

Place in a Pyrex dish or 8 x 8 ramekins, and then place them in a drip pan of hot water (bain-marie).

Bake at 375 ˚ F for 40 minutes.
