Mythbusters Tickle Episode

CORRALOU

cooked a tomato cream
1 can tomato sauce 2 large onions
sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed 2 stalks celery
diced 1 small
pint fresh mushrooms (I 1 cup corn kernels)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1 / 2 pound ground beef
Seasonings:
Salt, pepper, tarragon, parsley, chives, turmeric, basil

Place in a large frying pan containing a little oil and margarine all vegetables except mushrooms. While brown the vegetables until cooked but tender.

Brown meat and drain.

In a deep dish baking or roasting pan, place the cooked vegetables and rice, meat, tomato sauce and tomato cream plus seasonings.

Wash and cut the mushrooms into thick slices and add to other ingredients.

Mix the ingredients gently. Then sprinkle the cheese on top.

Bake at 350 ° F for 15 minutes and go under the broiler to brown the cheese a couple minutes.
