TOMATOES & PEPPERS IN PAN BOCCONCINI



A mixture so refreshing. The beauty of it is that there really is no amount in this recipe, you have to go according to our taste and presentation tray.

2 tomatoes, sliced
4 balls bocconcini
sliced fresh basil leaves 12
1 red onion, sliced
12 large green olives 12 black olives Kalamata

a drizzle of olive oil 1 fillet

balsamic vinegar 2 small bunches fresh parsley 1 tablespoon
Tea Italian seasoning
lettuce leaves for garnish

In a serving dish, cover bottom with lettuce. Add

alternating tomatoes, bocconcini and red onions.

Add the olives at different locations and basil leaves.

Finish with bouquets of parsley.

Gently pour a drizzle of olive oil over the entire salad and do the same with the balsamic vinegar.

Ajouter les épices et déposer au centre de la table et déguster !!!
